🔁 Steps to follow from the app
You can delete your account and associated personal data directly from the Celia Integral Coach app:
Open the Celia Integral Coach app.
If you are logged in, please log out first.
Tap on the top-right menu button.
Select “Delete My Data”.

Clicking the button will bring you to this page, please use the form above to submit a manual request. We will respond within 7 business days.
📦 What Data Do We Collect?
To provide a personalized coaching experience, the Celia Integral Coach app only collects the following user data:
Email address (for login and communication)
Password (securely hashed, for authentication)
Name (to personalize your experience)
Age (to tailor the coaching plan)
Email address (re-used here to send your plan and for account recovery)
We do not collect any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
🧹 What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When your account is deleted:
✅ The following data will be permanently deleted:
Your account (email and password)
Your name and age
Your coaching preferences and personalized plan
⏳ Retention Policy:
In accordance with GDPR and other global data protection regulations:
Data related to your account will be fully deleted within 30 days of your request.
Some data may be retained for up to 6 months only if required by law (e.g., fraud prevention, audit, or legal claims).
After that period, all data will be fully and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
